CR ASSIST HOMESCHOOLING MINISTRY

  • Monday – Friday
  • Various shifts available w/paid planning time
  • Must be a follower of Christ
  • Must demonstrate the ability to follow curriculum and plan daily lessons
  • Must be flexible and driven
  • Must be passionate about about homeschooling
  • Preferred classroom experience
  • Preferred degree in education or related field
  • Tutor Responsibilities:
    • Lead students in daily devotions and prayer
    • Prepare daily lessons and implement curriculum
    • Assess students and implement strategies for improvement
    • Communicate regularly with parents
    • Keep classroom organized and running smoothly
    • Communicate progress and concerns to program director
  • Other duties as assigned by director/coordinator
  • Monday – Friday
  • Various shifts available up to 26 hours/week
  • Must be a follower of Christ
  • Classroom Aide Responsibilities
    • Setting the classroom for class time
    • Making copies
    • Assisting children with tasks
    • Assisting with classroom management
    • Supervise and structure recess time
    • Light clean-up after dismissal (wiping down surfaces, sweeping floor, tidying up the space)
    • Supervise lunch on MWF
    • Other duties as assigned by classroom lead or program director/coordinator
SPROUTS PRESCHOOL MINISTRY

  • Tuesday/Thursday 3-Year-Old Program
  • 9 hours a week
  • Must be a follower of Christ
  • Must have the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Must be able to follow curriculum and plan daily lessons
  • Must have flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have warm, nurturing, patient demeanor
  • Preferred classroom experience
  • Teacher Responsibilities:
    • Prepare daily lessons and implement activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social and physical development
    • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet needs
    • Communicate regularly with parents
    • Keep classroom organized and running smoothly
    • Communicate progress and concerns to program director
    • Other duties as assigned by director/program coordinator
  • Tuesday/Thursday 3-Year-Old Program
  • 9 hours a week
  • Must be a follower of Christ
  • Must have warm, nurturing, patient demeanor
  • Must have flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work collaboratively with lead teach and other staff members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Classroom Aide Responsibilities
