Crossroads Men’s Ministry, Guardians, aims to equip and empower men for a life of discipleship, evangelism and worship in the family, church, workplace, and community through Godly encouragement, inspiration, character-building and service opportunities.

The Rochester Iron Sharpens Iron Men’s Equipping Conference is returning October 24th, 2026 at the Pittsford Community Church, Pittsford NY.
Join us with hundreds of men for a great day on Saturday, October 24th, 8:00pm-4:00pm and let’s be as iron sharpens iron to one another. Now is the time, men.
For one Saturday, men from across WNY come together to experience biblical teaching and equipping for all areas of life. With two keynote sessions, 16 seminar options, and a host of ministries with resources, men of all ages (13 and older) find relevant and practical ways to equip them for godly living.
Keynote Speaker: Jason McGuire
Jason J. McGuire serves as the Executive Director of New York Families Foundation and its affiliated organization, New York Families Action. McGuire is a passionate defender of Christian principles, including the sanctity of life, the sacredness of marriage, the centrality of religious freedom, and the need for a more just and merciful society. He fervently believes these principles can be lived only when the hearts of men and women turn to God.
Keynote Speaker: Bill Paige
Bill Paige is a gifted, passionate speaker whose broad appeal is anchored in a depth of life experience that includes 20 years of police and detective work in and around the New York City metropolitan area. In addition, Bill served 14 years as the associate chaplain at Children’s Village, working with emotionally disturbed boys in the city, as well as 18 years of senior leadership in Young Life, serving as Vice President of Field Ministries in the Eastern & Greater New York Divisions of Young Life.
Equipping Seminars
Equipping seminars are one hour long and designed to equip men in various areas of life, such as Bible knowledge, marriage, finance, parenting, purity, and more. There are three seminar times during the conference, with eight seminar options during each time.
Cost is $52 each. Use the Group Rate/Early Bird when registering for all quantities. ($35 for students/pastors/active military); optional: $10 if you desire the on-site lunch.
