WOMEN’S MINISTRY

faith, formation, fellowship

FALL WOMEN'S RETREAT

The unpredictability of our jobs, our schools, our health and even the condition of our country can cause any amount of anxiety, confusion and tension.
But … we have a God, a heavenly Father, whose name is FAITHFUL & TRUE. A God who says He has plans – good plans – for us and work for us to do … A heavenly Father who holds us in the palm of His hand and will not let anything snatch us out.
Come join us in celebrating a CERTAIN God with worship, teaching, discussion groups and fellowship. It is good when women gather together to praise the Creator, Redeemer, King.

Women Ministry at Crossroads

The Women’s Ministry at Crossroads Christian Church encourages women (18+) to grow in the Lord together through teaching, Bible studies, and fellowship. Our ministry hosts a number of events throughout the year (see below) with many opportunities to serve as well.

For more information about Crossroads’ Women’s Ministry, contact Dorald Kleitz at (716) 652-7356.

Weekly Bible Studies

The Women’s Ministry offers two weekly study groups for the Fall and Spring semesters. Choose to attend Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning (childcare offered). Visit our Life Groups page to see the studies offered for each semester.

Summer Send-Off Dinner

This annual dinner, held at a local restaurant in June, is a time for women gather to hear from three speakers who share what the Lord has been doing in their lives the past year. God’s faithfulness always resonates through their sharing and inspires us to trust Him with our own challenges.

Sunset Social

July brings our annual Summer Social, hosted by Dorald Kleitz at her home, where woman are invited to enjoy an evening of fun, fellowship and laughter. It is also an opportunity for the newer ladies of Crossroads to meet the Ministry Board.

Fall Retreat

Each year the Women’s Ministry hosts a Fall Retreat. This event is a time of fellowship, relaxation, worshiping and learning about God’s word through speakers and small group discussions. This year’s one-day retreat is scheduled for Saturday, November 7th at Crossroads.
